Smoking Ban Signs
The smoking ban regulations for England require all businesses to display a relevant "No Smoking" sign on all non smoking premises.
The signs must include the words No smoking. It is against the law to smoke in these premises, and include the International No Smoking Symbol and must be no smaller than A5.
International No Smoking Symbol
The international no-smoking symbol in both signs must be at least 70mm in diameter. This symbol consists solely of a graphic representation of a single burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it.
